Dave Marsh is a veteran game developer and co-creator of the seminal adventure game Shadowgate. In the mid-1980s, he helped define the first-person adventure genre and developed titles such as Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective for emerging platforms. In 2012, Marsh founded Zojoi, reclaiming his classic games and launching acclaimed remakes, including the Shadowgate revival and its sequel, Beyond Shadowgate. In The Solstice Treaty, he brings his storytelling and world-building expertise to the graphic novel field.

Jacopo Cigarini is an illustrator and comic artist who graduated from the International School of Comics in Reggio Emilia in 2018. After an apprenticeship with Stefano Landini, during which he contributed to the production of series such as Marvel: Ruins of Ravencroft, he went on to collaborate with publishers including Future Fiction (Buddhagram), Renoir Comics (Il timone), Bugs Comics (Samuel Stern), and Arancia Studio (TNP), as well as producing numerous independent covers and illustrations.
